Our work includes:
- Domestic home cleaning
- NDIS participant homes
- Aged care support clients
- Offices and professional workplaces
We provide recurring work for subcontract cleaners who are organised, reliable and able to work independently.
We are not seeking short-term casual cleaners.
Our subcontractors work with recurring clients and must be dependable and committed to maintaining professional service standards.
Work Structure
CleanWerx allocates recurring clients in the following environments:
- Private domestic homes
- NDIS participant homes
- Aged care support clients
- Offices and professional workplaces
CleanWerx provides full - service domestic cleaning. Subcontract cleaners must be comfortable performing normal household cleaning tasks within client homes.
Most work is scheduled as:
- Weekly services
- Fortnightly services
- Every four weeks
Clients are allocated within service areas.
Work is allocated based on client demand and subcontractor availability and may build gradually as new clients are assigned.
Subcontract cleaners operate as independent contractors and work is not guaranteed or exclusive.
Important Requirements
Subcontract cleaners must have their own vehicle and valid driver’s licence, as travel between client locations is required.
All work is performed on a subcontract basis and requires an ABN and appropriate insurances.
Minimum Eligibility
To apply for subcontract cleaning opportunities with CleanWerx, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Hold or be willing to obtain an ABN
- Have their own vehicle and valid driver's licence
- Be able to obtain Public Liability and Personal Accident Insurance
- Have legal working rights in Australia
Applicants who do not meet these minimum requirements may not be considered.
