Owned and led by Marguerite Carruthers, CleanWerx Australia is built on decades of hands-on experience and a commitment to quality service.
Starting with Adedicom in 1986 and later operating as CleanWerx Solutions from 2010, the business has continually evolved to meet Perth's growing demand for specialised cleaning in homes, workplaces, and care environments.
Today, CleanWerx Australia continues our commitment to excellence and care.
- 40+ years in corporate branding and advertising, specialising in psychological profiling, strategic communication, and business structure
- 32 years training independent contractors in domestic cleaning, including the development of CleanWerx Level 1 and Level 2 Cleaning Services
- 22 years of leadership in Rotary International, including roles as Club President and Director, contributing to community initiatives across WA
- Cultural liaison experience, working respectfully with Aboriginal communities to ensure appropriate use of traditional symbols and colour palettes in service materials

With over five decades of experience, Marguerite brings together mental health expertise, creative therapeutic practice, and strategic business leadership to support individuals with complex care needs, particularly within home environments. Her lifelong journey began as a carer at age eight as a CoPMI child and later as a full-time carer from 1999 to 2023 for a family member living with paranoid schizophrenia. Marguerite developed deep insight into the realities of mental illness and long-term caregiving. This lived experience now underpins her trauma-informed, person-centred approach.
Over the last seven years, Marguerite has specialised in art therapy assessments for individuals living with OCD, cPTSD, BPD, schizophrenia, and terminal illness. She integrates spiritual reflection, creative therapies, and pain management techniques (De Silva Method) to support emotional regulation, reduce environmental stressors, and enhance daily functioning.
Marguerite is the founder of CleanWerx Australia, a Perth-based business delivering cleaning and environmental support services for NDIS participants.
• Level 1 Cleaning is provided by trained cleaners and supports individuals with physical disabilities for general domestic needs.
• Level 2 Cleaning is personally delivered by Marguerite and tailored for participants living with mental health challenges or complex care requirements. Grounded in over 30 years of therapeutic insight, each session is aligned with NDIS Core Supports and adapted to suit the participant’s environment, routines, and well-being goals.
Bridging Care, Therapy & Practical Supports
Marguerite combines clinical expertise, creative therapy, and business acumen to collaborate effectively with NDIS providers, health professionals, and support worker training programmes, reporting, assessing, and including participants requiring services. Her development and use of colour psychology and trauma-informed techniques help identify and manage environmental triggers, while her practical tools for assessment and reporting enable professionals to work more effectively within real-life care settings—improving outcomes for both clients and care teams.

As a locally owned business operating out of Leeming, WA, CleanWerx Australia understands the unique expectations of families and businesses across Perth, WA. We are not a franchise or remote contractor; we live and work in the communities we serve. Our founder, Marguerite, remains personally involved in both operational decisions and client care, ensuring a level of service that is genuine, responsive, and built on long-term relationships.
